Subheadline: In a supermarket fresh section or butcher’s back counter, every inch of counter space matters. Our meat grinder is custom-built to your available space and discharge height, integrating into your workbench for a clean, professional look while you grind fresh and sell fresh.
Supermarket and butcher shop scenarios differ greatly from large-scale plants. A grinder that “doesn’t fit anywhere” upon arrival is a headache for many fresh food operators.
Pain Point 1: The machine is too tall — blocks the view and looks unappealing.
You purchase a standard tabletop grinder and find it towers 30 cm above your fresh display counter. The operator grinds meat behind the machine, and customers can’t see the process at all — the exact opposite of the “grind fresh, sell fresh, transparent operation” you want. Worse, the tall machine blocks eye contact between staff and customers.
Why this matters: The supermarket fresh section sells “freshness you can see.” A machine blocking the view blocks the quality trust you want to convey. And an awkwardly protruding machine makes the entire counter look cluttered and unprofessional.
Pain Point 2: Discharge height doesn’t match your receiving tray — ground meat splashes everywhere.
The standard model’s outlet is designed to drop meat onto a tray of random height. But the stainless steel receiving tray on your counter has its own standard height. If the outlet is too high, minced meat splashes onto the counter; if too low, the tray won’t fit underneath, and you’ll have to shim it.
Why this matters: The last thing a supermarket fresh section needs is a messy countertop. Splattered meat not only wastes product but signals poor hygiene to customers. Staff must constantly wipe the counter, adding unnecessary workload. And when the health inspector comes, this is a clear violation.
Pain Point 3: Tight back-of-house prep space — a standard machine either doesn’t fit or leaves a rim of sanitary dead zones.
Butcher shop or restaurant back kitchens often have custom-built stainless steel counters tailored to the store layout, with very tight dimensions. A standard-width grinder might be just 2 cm too wide to fit into the reserved opening. Even if you squeeze it in, the gaps between the machine and counter become a trap for minced meat and grease, making end-of-day cleaning a real chore.
Why this matters: Counter gaps are food safety hazards. Incomplete cleaning becomes a breeding ground for flies and bacteria. For businesses subject to daily hygiene audits or store inspections, this issue directly impacts their operational reputation.
This isn’t just about machine dimensions; it’s about customer experience, operational efficiency, and store image.
Integrate the grinder into your counter, making “grind-fresh-sell-fresh” a real selling point.
We customize the machine height and outlet position to be flush with or slightly below your display counter. Customers standing in front of the counter can clearly see every move your butcher makes, witnessing the entire process of fresh meat cuts turning into ground meat.
Benefit for the supermarket operator: This isn’t just a machine; it’s part of your fresh section’s “freshly prepared” experience. Visual transparency is more convincing than any poster or slogan. Customers who see it with their own eyes are willing to pay a premium for “meat they trust.”
Discharge outlet precisely aligns with your container — a clean countertop from day one.
We design the exact discharge height based on the stainless steel tray, tub, or packaging box you use daily. Ground meat drops directly into the container — no splashing, no spillage.
Benefit for the closing-shift staff: No more rings of minced meat to repeatedly wipe off the counter. At the end of the day, one wipe with a cloth restores the counter to pristine condition. The time saved is real, tangible after-work time for your employees.
Compact customization gives every inch of counter space back to profitable products.
You don’t have to sacrifice display space for packaged fresh meat, sausages, or marinated skewers just to accommodate a standard machine. Our customized body width and feed hopper height fit precisely into your reserved space, seamlessly integrating with the counter.
Benefit for the store manager: Two more product categories displayed on the counter can mean dozens more add-on sales per day. A machine that doesn’t take up unnecessary space helps you earn more per square foot.
Seamless installation makes hygiene inspections a breeze.
A custom-sized machine fits snugly against the worktable, leaving no gaps for residue to hide. The machine itself is made of 304 stainless steel with rounded corners — one wipe cleans it all.
Benefit for the QC personnel: Daily cleaning is thorough and easy. Third-party inspections or internal audits pass on the first attempt. No more worrying about the common violation of “inadequate cleaning at the equipment-counter junction.”
In a commercial setting, the machine is part of your store’s “front face.” Materials and workmanship are visible to customers.
304 stainless steel, fully food-grade throughout the machine.
Technical term: The entire housing, discharge outlet, grinding chamber, and tray are made of AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel with carbon content <0.08%.
In plain language: This is genuine food-factory-grade stainless steel, not the cheap material that develops rust spots and black streaks over time. Placed on a counter for a year or two, it still shines when wiped. Customers feel reassured just by looking at it.
Surface finish — satin brushed, fingerprint-resistant, enduringly attractive.
What you’ll see: The machine surface has a uniform silver-white brushed texture — neither mirror-bright nor rough matte.
Why this color and texture: Glossy mirror finishes show every customer fingerprint, making the machine look dirty by day’s end. A satin brushed finish hides fingerprints, resists meat sticking, and even when the staff is too busy to wipe it down, it looks neat from a distance. A damp cloth at closing time restores its original look.
Rounded corner design — no sanitary dead zones.
Technical detail: All machine edges feature a radius of ≥15 mm. The junction between the feed hopper and body is seamlessly welded, ground, and polished.
In plain language for the cleaning crew: All corners and edges are rounded — no sharp right-angle seams. A cloth or sponge wipes through in one motion. Unlike machines where minced meat gets trapped in right-angle seams, requiring a toothpick or brush to dig it out.
Tool-free disassembly of grinding components.
Technical detail: The feed auger, cross knife, and plate assembly inside the grinding chamber are all designed for tool-free removal. The locking nut features a large knurled design — hand-tighten or hand-loosen.
What this means for the staff: End-of-day cleaning requires no wrenches and no maintenance calls. Dismantle the grinding components, scrub them in the sink, and reassemble in two minutes the next morning — ready to work.
In a supermarket setting, the machine may grind hundreds of pounds of meat a day, doubling on holidays. We ensure it withstands the test.
Continuous load temperature rise test.
We grind semi-frozen, skinless pork shoulder through a 5 mm plate for 4 consecutive hours. The meat temperature rise at the outlet is ≤5°C.
Why this matters to you: Ground meat must not come out “warm.” Warm ground meat appears dull in color and looks less fresh. Our test ensures your fresh-ground meat always emerges bright red, displaying beautifully in the tray.
Discharge height drop-point accuracy test.
Before shipping a custom-height machine, we use a tray simulating your receiving container and run the grinder at different speeds to verify that all product lands within the tray — zero external splashing.
In plain language: We simulate your daily use scenario and validate performance. The machine won’t arrive at your counter only to discover it splashes outside.
Full-machine stability and vibration test.
Under full load, the machine is placed on a testing platform that simulates a stainless steel countertop. No body displacement, no abnormal vibration.
Benefit for the staff: The machine runs steadily and quietly. You don’t need to place a rubber mat underneath to prevent slipping, nor worry about the machine “walking” by itself while grinding.
Post-cleaning hygiene swab validation.
After a standard water wash + brush + sanitize cycle, we perform ATP bioluminescence swab tests on the inner walls of the grinding chamber and discharge outlet. Readings are ≤10 RLU (pass/fail threshold is ≤30 RLU).
Benefit for the store manager: You don’t have to worry about spot hygiene inspections. Our machine, following a normal cleaning routine, achieves a cleanliness level far exceeding food safety standards.
Step 1: You tell us your on-site dimensions.
Simply answer three easy questions:
What is the clear height from the countertop to the upper obstruction where you plan to place the machine? (We need to know the maximum total machine height allowed.)
What is the rim height of your daily receiving tray or tub above the countertop? (This determines the designed discharge height.)
What is the width of the equipment opening you have reserved? (This determines the machine body width.)
Step 2: We provide a confirmation drawing.
Within 3 business days of receiving your dimensions, we send you a dimensional layout drawing. The drawing shows the total machine height, discharge outlet position, and body width, giving you a clear visual of how the machine fits into your counter. Production begins upon your approval.
Step 3: Manufacturing and factory testing.
The machine is built to your confirmed dimensions and passes all the performance tests mentioned above.
Step 4: Pre-shipment video confirmation.
We send you a video — of your actual machine, at your custom height, grinding meat into a receiving tray that matches your on-site container height. You confirm everything is satisfactory, and we ship.
Custom lead time: Adds 5–7 business days to the standard delivery time.
For existing models: If you already own our standard model, some discharge height adjustments can be achieved by adding a custom discharge extension module. Contact us for a feasibility evaluation.
Q: If I customize the size now, can I adjust it later if I move the machine to a different spot?
A: Yes. The machine feet have a ±20 mm leveling range to adapt to slightly uneven countertops. If you need to move to a counter with a completely different height, we can provide a discharge outlet module of a different height. You simply bolt it on yourself — no need to buy a new machine.
Q: The customized dimensions are compact — will the grinding speed be slower?
A: No. Customizing the discharge height and body width does not change the internal structure of the grinding chamber or the motor power. Whatever throughput capacity the model you choose has, the customized version retains it. We only adapt the “shell” dimensions; the internal performance remains uncompromised.
Q: The machine sits on the countertop. Will it be too noisy and disturb the customer shopping experience?
A: Our commercial models use precision reduction motors. Operating noise is controlled to ≤65 dB (equivalent to a normal conversation). Combined with firm contact between the machine body and countertop, there is no knocking or resonance. Customers at the counter barely notice the machine noise.
Q: Is daily cleaning really that convenient? Are there any hard-to-reach dead spots?
A: The entire machine is designed for daily cleaning. All grinding chamber components are fully hand-removable. The inside of the discharge outlet is a straight, smooth tube — one push-pull with the included tube brush and it’s clean. The machine body and counter junction, because of the custom snug fit, has no gaps to trap debris. A thorough daily clean takes a skilled operator under 10 minutes.
