For 100mm custom packaging, first determine whether the customer requires a logo, laser, or screen printing. Our laser technology generally produces excellent results, and most customers choose 100mm laser packaging.


After confirming the 100mm custom packaging format, determine the logo placement.
For custom packaging, determine the color, language, and design. Many customers may require their own brand information or a completely custom design on the packaging. Customers will directly provide their design, and we will print it according to their requirements.
For custom packaging, we typically print the packaging according to the customer's specifications and model.
For custom instructions, we basically modify the language of the instructions. If a special language is required, we can translate it for the customer's approval.

How Our Customization Process Works

Demand Communication

Customers contact the company by phone or by leaving a message on the company's website, specifying their customization requirements for kitchenware, home appliances, and other products, including features, specifications, and materials. After understanding the requirements, our sales staff will arrange for technical personnel to further discuss the details with the customer.

Design

Our design team uses professional software to design a product solution based on the customer's needs. This process may involve multiple discussions with the customer, including adjustments to the solution until it meets the customer's requirements.

Design Confirmation

The designed solution is provided to the customer for review. After the customer submits any revisions, the two parties will communicate repeatedly until the final product solution is finalized.

Contract Signing

After the solution is finalized, the two parties sign a customization contract, specifying product specifications, price, delivery date, payment method, and other terms. The customer is typically required to pay a certain percentage upfront.

Material Procurement

Our procurement department purchases raw materials and components based on the confirmed solution and contract requirements, ensuring material quality and timely delivery.

Manufacturing

After the materials arrive and pass inspection, production is arranged. The production process strictly adheres to process requirements and quality standards, and the product is manufactured through cutting, processing, and assembly.

Quality Inspection

After production, the quality inspection department conducts comprehensive inspections, including performance testing and dimensional inspection. Unqualified products are reworked until they meet the standards.

Packaging and Delivery

Qualified products are packaged and shipped according to customer specifications using a selected shipping method. We also provide relevant technical documentation, including product manuals, and offer after-sales service.
