Key points for blade/screen replacement?

Screen installation direction: The large end of the tapered hole faces outward, and the overlap is in the direction of the rotor rotation;

After replacing the blade, tighten the locking nut to prevent loosening.

How to clean the grinding tank?

No water washing! Wipe with a dry brush or cloth. The blade must be completely dry after removal before reinstalling.

Is the bearing overheated or the motor weak?

Avoid overload operation (single ≤ 2/3 of the tank);

Check the grease (excessive, insufficient or poor quality grease needs to be adjusted)

Blade Functions

• Top blade: High efficiency cutting and even stirring.

• Middle blade: Quickly crushing, releasing fibers.

• Bottom blade: Roll over the ingredients to prevent sticking to the bottom.

• Note: The minimum amount of material is that cover the middle long blade. The maximum amount of material does not exceed 2/3 of the warehouse.
