Frequent motor start and stop or overheating
Reason: overload protection triggered (blade stuck, excessive material), carbon brush wear, poor ventilation.
Solution:
Clean foreign matter at the bottom of the blade and press the reset button of the overload protector;
Ensure the working cycle is ≤3 minutes, intermittent cooling for 10 minutes13.

Reason: insufficient/excessive lubrication, uneven bearing seat, shaft fit is too tight.
Solution:
Add grease as required by the manual (occupying 70%~80% of the bearing space);
Calibrate the level of the bearing seat and replace damaged bearings.
Abnormal negative pressure system leads to decreased production
Symptoms: current fluctuations, material back-spraying.
Solution: Clean the air duct and maintain the negative pressure outside the crushing room at 689~980Pa (a matching suction system is required).
