The core power unit adopts a 100% pure copper winding motor. Compared with ordinary aluminum wire motors, pure copper has higher conductivity and lower energy loss during operation, which greatly reduces the heat generated by the motor itself from the source.
At the same time, pure copper material has excellent thermal conductivity, which can quickly conduct the heat generated by the winding to the motor housing and dissipate it, avoiding local heat accumulation inside the motor. This design not only improves heat dissipation efficiency, but also ensures more stable and durable power output.
This optimized duct design effectively improves heat exchange efficiency, avoids heat trapping inside the casing, and keeps the internal working temperature of the motor within a safe range even under long-time continuous load.
